Meals on Wheels, Etc. is committed to providing services that will improve the quality of life for senior residents in Seminole County. We believe that by addressing the needs of the most frail and elderly in our community, we are affirming the dignity of all members of our community. Services Provided:
Home Delivered Meals:
- For homebound persons 60 and older. For eligibility, call Meals on Wheels, Etc. Office at: (407)-333-8877
Neighborhood Dining:
- Nutritious noonday meals at several convenient locations
- Recreational activities, informative speakers and socialization
Transportation:
- Transportation to neighborhood dining, shopping and medical appointments. Advance notice required
Chore and Home Repairs:
- Yard clean up
- Painting
- Installation of safety features
- Minor repairs
Weatherization Assistance Program:
The weatherization Assistance Program is designed to assist low-income families reduce high energy bills by making homes more efficient.
Homemaking:
- General housekeeping and laundry
- Home management tasks
